What is grief

  • Grief is deep sorrow especially caused by someone's death
  • Grief is the natural reaponse to loss.

How does grief occur?

  • Grief occurs when you have lost a loved one and you feel sad and remorse. You feel mixed emotions in you.

We lost loved ones and having them being lost means that they wont be able to see us again. And we feel so sad we may cry and shout and show our remorse.

3. Bargaining

  • In this stage we might make promises like please bring them back and I'll do this it is like bargain. Many of us go through it hoping it will bring them back.

4. Depression

  • After bargaining we feel ourselves feeling empty
  • Then our grief goes to a deeper level which results to depression
  • It is normal to be in this process while losing a loved one.

5. Acceptance

  • In this stage it might not be okay at times but through time you realized that it is permanent there's no way on bringing them back and they finally accept on their losses.

Losing them doesn't mean that they will forget them. No this means they finally accept that they are in a better place without dealing with the pain and suffering and they will remember the times they had together and will remember them deeply in their hearts.
