Great questions for your own reflection & for your conference customers:

What is this about?

Have I seen this type of problem before?

For this session, where have I seen reflection used before in meetings or events?

How does this information link to what I know already?

It's important for us to build in time every day to pause and reflect.

It's even more important to build in time at conferences for our audiences to pause and reflect.

Thus it allow them to synthesize the information they are consuming.

Identify important ideas.

Then connect all the dots with what you already know.

One of the main reasons people never seem to learn & make the same mistakes is they don't take time to reflect.

Adopt the habit of daily reflection for yourself.

And adopt the habit of intentionally adding reflection time & tasks into your conference schedule for your participants.
