We all have a set of skills... And if we think about it we also have a fair idea of the skills of our peers ( and where we fit in)

Don't accept that you cannot improve

If you don't put in a little extra effort

THEY CAN BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY CAN

RELAXATION

Hard work is the ultimate key

But it's hard work with the understanding that you also have to work steadily

This we you actually reduce stress

SLOW THE MIND

And don't over think things

Use your teachers (and other resources) to learn what you need to do

Start there and get that right

And remember that this should be your focus

Then you can value add

FOCUS ON YOUR STRENGTHS

What are you good at.... Use that to give you power.

It's almost too late to try and be good at everything

And don't underestimate what you have stored away that you forgot you were good at

VISUALISE THE ACT

Break things into steps

See each step in slow mo

And make sure each step is covered

Yes, we think we know things.... But Superman still forgets to put his undies under his tights!

WORK TO IMPROVE

You have to work

Steadily

Hard

Work out where you can add for the most impact and build skills and strategies to improve

And then work a little bit harder!

But find out which ones work best for you and focus on them
