Current state of education for women in US

  • In October 2020 66.2% of enrolled college students were women (bls.gov, 2021). Women are currently eligible to achieve the same accolades as a man. I currently hold a bachelor of science, master of arts and I am pursuing my second master degree. If it were not for the women before me breaking the barriers I would not be allowed to achieve these lifelong goals I have.

Current state of education for women, Global

  • While women in the U.S. have made great strides in completing degrees women across the globe are not quite as lucky. Women in other countries are still currently unable to receive an education which makes the women in the U.S. privileged, despite many downfalls.
