DESCRIPTION

I THINK SHE IS FAMOUS BECAUSE SHE SPENT MOST OF HER LIFE STUDYING MOUNTAIN GORILLAS

This is what I think Dian Fossey is famous for

I think Dian Fossey's research has helped us understand gorillas more.
She also really made a connection with gorillas that we make stronger today.
She also made us realize that gorillas are a lot more human than we thought.

On December 27, 1985 Fossey was found dead in cabin from a machete blow.

In 1983 Fossey wrote a book called Gorillas in the Mist and in 1988 it was made into a film.

Quote
The more you learn about the dignity of gorillas, the more you want to avoid people.
