THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ISLAM, CHRISTIANITY, AND JUDAISM

ISLAM

• Sects: Sunni and Shi'ite
• Believes in the Five Pillars of Islam.
• Believes in living a life just for Allah.
• Teaches from the Quran.
• Forgiveness comes thought the 5 pillars of Islam.

JUDAISM

• Sects: Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, etc.
• Believes that a person serves God by studying the Torrah.
• A person also serves God by living by the Torrah's teachings.
• Based upon the teaching of Abraham.
• Forgiveness comes through prayer and repentance to God.

CHRISTIANITY

• Sects: Catholic, Lutheran, Methodist, Baptist, etc.
• Believes that Jesus Christ was the son of God
• Believes that Jesus died to save humanity from sin.
• Believes that a person goes to Heaven or Hell and teaches from the bible.
• Forgiveness comes through belief in Jesus Christ.
