PRESENTATION OUTLINE

WATER

  • Water can cause erosion by massive precipitation
  • Such as heavy rainfall, storm and climate change
  • High intensity rainfall brought a large amount of water
  • Therefore destroying the soil and crops causes erosion

WIND

  • It blows the dirt off the surface of hills, mountains, & ground
  • The wind often causes trees and plants to topple
  • Rock formation is sculpted by wind erosion

ICE (GLACIERS)

  • They cause erosion by rubbing up against surfaces
  • Though mostly water, the glaciers still contain fine
  • Sediments which can wear on surfaces
  • When they move it forms landforms such as flute

WAVES

  • Waves can cause erosion over a short or long time
  • Waves breaking can cause erosion as they his the shoreline
  • Salt in the water can break down rocks
  • Waves can force water into the cracks of rocks
