Ask before you share pictures, take videos, or record another person. - Police Officer and Kids

In regards to “Sexting”, please be aware that if you are under 18 years of age and you engage in taking an image or video of yourself (fully or partially nude) and send that to another person, you have just created and sent Child Pornography. The state of Illinois treats this offense as a Felony and it is a crime that a juvenile can get arrested for.
