I really like using zoom. It allows me to connect and socialize with my cousins, even though we only see each other a couple times a year. Zoom impacted my positively because it kept our bonds close even though we don't really see each other often.
Sometimes, I lose track of time with screen time. Ten minutes become twenty and then before you know it, it's an hour. This impacts my life negatively because I get nothing done, and then my eyes and head hurts after. Then I become grumpy and I can't do anything else productively.
Set Timers They will let you know when your screen time is up
Set Screen Times on Devices If you set a timer on the device, the timer will go off and lock some of the apps.
Reward Yourself Giving yourself a little treat such as a piece of candy or a break to play outside, you are motivating yourself to not lose track of time during your screen times.
