DO NOT GO GENTLE INTO THAT GOOD NIGHT

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men,the last wave by, crying how bright their frail deeds might have dancedin a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good of night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding light,
Blind eyes could blazelike meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Corse, bless,me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into th good of night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

When I read "Do not go gentle into the good of night", I realized that the theme was that a boy didnt want his father to die. The boy did not care if he got fussed at he just wanted to to see his father. The them made the tone make sense because it was very serious.

Because the tone is serious the word choice makes me feel good.
When i read the poemimthink about a dying man on his deathbed.
I feel like it's about life because these words keep sticking to me Rage,Grave,Wise.
They remind me of a battle. Thats why they stick out to me.
