The Start: Response to Intervention

• Created a need for constant targeted PD
• Needed to center around Reading and Math Intervention best practices
• Needed to create a plan to implement it in the building

Solution:

• "Teams"- Divide and Conquer!
• Select Instructional Leaders
• Each Grade level has a member on one of the four Dream Teams
• Efficient (biweekly; before school) and Cost Effective
• Everyone played a part
