Water

  • Try to lose all excess water weight.
  • After a heavy dinner drink fluids to help digest faster and prevent bloating
  • Try to drink at least 1 cup of water before every meal.
  • Water can help remove waste and toxins which can shed a few pound sfrom your body.

Protien and Fiber

  • Eat snacks that are high in fiber and protien.
  • Protein helps you maintain muscle.
  • Protien also helps you burn more calories an stabilize blood sugar.
  • Fiber helps you to stay full longer.
  • Fiber helps you stay full and avoid junk food.

What to eat

  • Start your day off with a warm tea or smoothie.
  • Also have a fiber filled breakfast such as oatmeal.
  • If you have snack eat vegatables.(Try to avoid frutis)
  • Eat plain yougurt for lunch with a few fresh fruits pieces.
  • For dinner eat something low in fat such as chicken.

Try to Eliminate

  • No artificial sweeteners (diet soda)
  • No white sugar
  • No meals between 8p.m - 8a.m
  • No caffeine (only green tea)
  • No dairy (except plain greek yogurt)

Shopping Tips

  • Have a preplanned list ready
  • Only go to the aisles necassary try not to wander.
  • Try to go when you are not hungry.

How to Determine weight loss

  • If you poke your belly and it is hard you have lost some weight.
  • If muscles are tight in one spot you have lost fat and gained muscle.
  • You will notice you are not as hungry as often.

  • Many overwhelmed pancreas' store belly fat.
  • Drink a cup of garlic tea a day.
  • Also try to drink cold substances.

  • If going to a party with junk food try to go on a full stomach.
  • If shopping or snacks for kids dont be afarid to buy you a little healthy treat.
  • Try not to snack even if others are.
  • Stay true to your diet don't abondan it.
  • It is ok to have a cheat day every now and then.
