MARIJUANA

  • Marijuana is a dry, shredded green and brown mix of leaves, flowers, stems, and seeds of the Indian hemp plant
  • Street names can be dope, blunt, hemp, home grown, j, Mary Jane, pot, reefer, Texas tea, cush and weed

MARIJUANA

  • Usually smoked like a cigarette in a joint or in a pipe but can be mixed in foods and drinks
  • This drug causes sensory distortion, paranoia, poor coordination, sleepy or depressed, and increased heartbeat
  • In a more long term effect, your immune system gets weaker, and may be harder to study/work, move, grow, and may have mood changes

ALCOHOL

  • Alcohol is produced by the fermentation of yeast, sugars, and starches is a liquid that can be presented in different colors
  • Street names for alcohol are booze, brew, cold one, hard stuff, juice, and sauce

ALCOHOL

  • You can drink alcohol, burn it, wear it, dissolve in it, and clean with it
  • The short terms effects are slurred speech, drowsiness, upset stomach issues, headaches, distorted vision and hearing, bad coordination, and blackouts
  • Long term effects are unintentional injuries, people problems, alcohol poising, high blood pressure, liver disease, permanent damage to the brain, ulcers, and nerve damage

LSD (LYSERGIC ACID DIETHYLAMIDE)

  • Small squares of gelatin covered with artwork or designs
  • Street names are acid, California sunshine, dots, heavenly blue, zen, tab, dose, and dots

LSD (LYSERGIC ACID DIETHYLAMIDE)

  • LSD is licked or swallowed
  • Some effects of LSD are delusions/hallucinations and impaired perception
  • Unintentional problems such as waking up in random places not knowing what happened
