• Many animals are killed by manmade products such as: nets, plastic bag, and even bottle-caps.

• Fishing nets are for capturing fish but end up catching: turtles who end up drowning, Sharks who lose oxygen because they aren't moving and much more

• Turtles confuse simple plastic bags as jelly fish and try to eat them but they choke on the plastic bags
• Plastic isn't only bad to turtles it affects, climate change and much more.

• Sometimes there are oil spills in the Ocean.
• This leaves this part of this ocean void of life.
• It drenches animals in oil often killing them
• Oil is also incredibly hard to clean from the water.
• Plastic is made of oil that is one of the many reasons oil is so important

• The great pacific garbage patch is a huge island of mostly plastic.
• 80% of all of the plastic comes from land.
• The great pacific garbage patch is as big as Texas!

• All life in the ocean will be gone by 2048
• Most of our food source comes from the ocean.

• Believe it or not but every-time you use electricity your also wasting oil, every time you throw away something plastic you are wasting oil and the more plastic is made the more the ocean will be harmed.

• Many sea turtles get caught in fishing nets and drown. But their are ways to avoid to avoid this, there is a net designed for turtles to escape the net

• My solution to save the ocean is: I would put a machine Where the currents push all the plastic to and let the machine collect the trash before it can cause any harm.
