Contains high levels of protein, iron, and zinc. Also fish have omega-3 fatty acids which promote growth and development especially in the brain.

Dangers
Seafood can contain high levels of mercury which is very dangerous. Large predatory fish, like shark, swordfish, and mackerel contain the most. Salmon, trout, and baitfish contain the least.
