Cool tips for eating healthy!

  • Drink half your weight in ounces in water.
  • Watch what you eat, get all your vitamins and minerals from food.
  • Eat a combination of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and lean proteins.

  • Avoid or limit unhealthy choices: Fast food, processed food, too much sugar or artificial sugar.
  • Don't overeat or don't starve yourself.

What prevents you from eating healthy? Maybe not enjoying the healthy options you eat?

  • Try to include healthy foods with other foods such as smoothies!
  • For example, if you don't like kale or spinach try mixing it with fruits and yogurts in a healthy smoothie!

  • At least you can eat healthy snacks that you can carry with you. Such as: nuts, peanut butter packs, apples and carrot sticks.

  • Vitamin B helps you with metabolic activity which helps make energy and set it free when your body needs it.
  • These Vitamins also make red blood cells which carry oxygen all around you body!
  • Examples of food which contains Vitamin B: Whole grains, fish and seafood and beans.
