Cool tips for eating healthy!
- Drink half your weight in ounces in water.
- Watch what you eat, get all your vitamins and minerals from food.
- Eat a combination of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats and lean proteins.

- Avoid or limit unhealthy choices: Fast food, processed food, too much sugar or artificial sugar.
- Don't overeat or don't starve yourself.
What prevents you from eating healthy? Maybe not enjoying the healthy options you eat?

- Try to include healthy foods with other foods such as smoothies!
- For example, if you don't like kale or spinach try mixing it with fruits and yogurts in a healthy smoothie!

- At least you can eat healthy snacks that you can carry with you. Such as: nuts, peanut butter packs, apples and carrot sticks.
