Economy
The Inca's economy was a very professional system.
No currency was needed.
The economy's power was measured in labor force, possession of lands, and possession of state herds.
Labor was the primary currency of the Inca economy.
3.
Trade
The Incas traded with many tribes.
They traded squash, potatoes, and fruit.
The lower valleys provided potatoes, maize, manioc, squash, beans, chili peppers, peanuts, and cotton.
The hills above provided, white potatoes, cereal grains, medicine, feathers, and animal skins.
Their favorite thing to trade was gold.
