THE SOUTION!?!?
Providing education programs in the prisons will reduce recidivism
Recidivism: repeating negative behavior putting them back in prison
Each dollar spent on funding prisons, reduces incarceration cost by $5
Each year 700,000 are released and half are put back behind bars

WHY? HOW?
Providing programs will help reduce inmates from returning
From returning, that extra money is spent on public education
Most inmates after there release does not find jobs
With education they are more likely to turn their life around
With positive mind thinking they will help America by making it a safer place

RECAP
As prison population increased throughout the years our cost on education decreased
Education is the "universal solvent" that will cure negativity in our society
Education programs reduce recidivism by decreasing the population of inmates
Education help encourage the growth of development and transform ex convicts to a successful individual
Therefore our fundings will decrease towards prisons and increase towards public education
