TRUST ALLOWS FOLLOWERS TO:

• Feel supported
• Be prepared to perform
• Feel the "spark"

WHEN LEADERS CREATE TRUST:

• They take tasks beyond just management
• They take risks with them
• They never show hunger or fear
• They take extra steps
