Aids can help listeners process information and retain information
Aids can also help keep the audience interested the speech
It is important to be able to convey information to the Adrienne though aids
Using aids can help the speaker save time while giving a presentation
It helps the audience to see images to better understand the speaker

STRIVE FOR SIMPLICITY

Do not overwhelm the audience with too much complex information
Be direct to ensure that your message is clearly presented
On average audience members have thirty seconds or less to view an aid
Focus on designing the aids simply and use text sparingly
