PRESENTATION OUTLINE
1.
HOW I PLANNED!
I planned my project by looking for Egg Drop projects on the internet.
On there internet I found a lot of great ideas.
But one stood out the most.
The plan was to put an egg inside of a football. I chose a football because I love to play and watch football!!
2.
STEPS I TOOK!
I asked my mom and dad for help.
I found the Nerf Ball in my sports equipment.
I researched the idea on the internet.
The other materials were household items.
3.
WHAT I DID!
We sawed the nerf ball in half.
We cut two circular holes in the center of each piece.
4.
WHAT I DID!
After we cut the two holes in the center of each piece,
We put a egg in it to see if it would fit.
The first time it didn't fit but then the second time the egg fit perfectly.
5.
WHAT I DID!
When we taped the ball we taped once around.
I thought one time around the ball would be good.
6.
TEST FLIGHT!
When we test flighted it the weather was kinda warm and kinda cold.
Also, there was not a lot of wind.
During the test flight, I had my dad with me.
We each test flighted the Ball twice in my backyard.
Every time we threw the ball up in the air, we threw it higher.
7.
SUCCESS!
When we test flighted we succeeded!
On the last test flight, I threw it higher than the bridge.
The egg did not break during any of the test flights :)!
The foam from the nerf ball protected the egg from breaking.
8.
WHAT I USED!
I used a foam Nerf Ball
I used camo duck tape and black ducktape
And of course I used a egg
My dad helped me with sawing the ball in half!
