WHAT VITAMIN AM I

Clue 1:
Eating food with this vitamin in it works wonders for nails and hair (like... stupidly good. It’s a miracle in a vitamin)

Clue 2:
Humans can’t naturally make this vitamin, so the only way to get it is through absorption of the skin or through foods containing it (think lotion or a nice omelet)

Clue 3:
You can find this vitamin commonly in egg yolks, avocados, cauliflower, or salmon (you want the good locks of hair, you’re gonna have some smelly breath)

Clue 4:
Without enough of it, you’ll experience hair loss, rashes, a lot of acid in your blood, skin infection, and possibly death (so eat some eggs. Right now.)

Clue 5:
The vitamin is water soluble, so you can’t have too much of it. Whatever your body doesn’t use just leaves through urine (So EAT MORE EGGS (please don’t))
