Basic battery set up

Oxidation occurs in anode and reduction occurs in the centhode. Both are used in batteries.

Corrosion is the process of corroding metal or other materials. It's bad for batteries because it can weaken or ruin the battery.

Electrolysis is chemical. Decomposition produced by passing an electric current through liquid or solution containing ions. Examples: it's used in hair removal and to make metals .
