IN THE US, WE SCRAP ABOUT 400 MILLION UNITS PER YEAR OF CONSUMER ELECTRONICS.

ACCORDING TO RECYCLING INDUSTRY EXPERTS,

WHAT IS ELECTRONIC WASTE?

ELECTRONIC WASTE IS UNWANTED AND UNUSED ELECTRONICS.

THERE IS TOO MUCH UNUSED ELECTRONICS TAKING UP ROOM AND POLLUTING OUR AIR AND BODIES.

WE NEED TO STOP GETTING AND BUYING POINTLESS ELECTRONICS.

WHY IS E-WASTE A PROBLEM?

IT IS A PROBLEM BECAUSE tHE ELECTRONICS HAS ALOT OF BAD SUBSTANCES SO WE CAN GET SICK OR POISONED

ARE THERE SPECIFIC LAWS ABOUT E-WASTE?

SO FAR 25 STATES HAVE PASSED LEGISLATION MANDATING STATE WIDE E-WASTE. OTHERS ARE WORKING ON PASSING LAWS ABOUT IT.

WHAT CAN ONE INDIVDUAL DO TO HELP?

HOW CAN UOU PROMOTE AWARENESS?

YOU CAN TELL PEOPLE AND SHOW THEM HOW TO PROPERLY DISPOSE IT.

WE NEED TO STOP ELECTRONIC WASTE!

IF WE DON'T THEN IT WILL TAKE UP OUR LAND SPACE AND POLLUTE US.
