Emailing grades and adding a simple, Good Job Suzie :), is how simple it can be to add a little non-verbal sign of a students value to your class!

Technology Integration
Email as well as in classroom respect, and concerted effort to integrate positive vibes in the classroom can benefit all students, but especially low expectancy students!
