Elvis was famous as a musician and a songwriter knows as the “king of rock and roll”
Elvis do not have any real trauma in his life other than the stress of show business
His addiction began a few months after he had started his new life in show business.
Elvis died from a combination of morphine, Demerol, chloropheniramine, placidyl, Valium, codeine, ethinamate, and Quaaludes.
LONG TERM EFFECTS
- Morphine- relentless muscle pain, vomiting, and insomnia
- Demerol- fever, hallucinations, and confusion
- Chloropheniramine- is very harsh on the brain and makes you more susceptible to common sickness
- Placidyl- skin rash and insomnia
- Valium- slowed pulse, memory loss and heart attacks
- Codeine- insomnia and comas
- Quaaludes- depression and seizures
