PRESENTATION OUTLINE

E=mc2 is the worlds most famous maths equation. This was created by Albert Einstein on roughly the 1st of March 1905. It took him 60 years to discover it.

Fun Fact: he thought of it while riding a bike!

The equation applies to the special theory and it explains how it is impossible to reach the speed of light. The theory's letters mean mass (M) going at the constant speed of light (C) equals the amount of energy needed to reach that speed.

For those who are confused, here is an easier explanation.... Energy is the same as mass and light times by itself. This equation means it is impossible to reach the speed of light.
