Wind power benefits are the fact that it's clean and it can generate a lot of energy on a windy day.
The down side is if there is no wind then you won't get as much power.

The benefits to burning coal for energy is that it can be done anytime you don't have to depend on nature.
The down side to it is that it lets off pollution and that's never good.
