  • We do a lot of communication and team work
  • We find problems, get information, datas, then decide on how to solve them
  • We estimate qualities, quantities and costs for materials
  • We organize, communicate and work in teams to build projects

Education and Training requirement

  • Have high school and bachelor's degree in engineer
  • Internship with an engineer for working experience
  • Newly engineers need on-the-job training
  • Needs to have good communication and problem solving skill
  • Good at Math and Science, Visualize and Perceive, and management

What do we look like?

  • We wear construction uniform or casual working outfits
  • We wear helmet a lots due to going to construction sites
  • We hold footprint and boards to check and observe
