• I can see the sun light through the windows.

• The forklift helped lift the heavy boxes.
• The robots helped people build the car.
• The crane lifted the car up from the rubble.
• These were all an example of mechanical energy.

ELECTRICAL ENERGY

• The conveyer belt moved the packages.
• The computer had to be reprogramed.
• The generator kept the factory lights on.
