implementing RENEWABLE ENERGY in the hotel business
Entero Energy is an energy consulting company - specializing in strategic planning and implementation of renewable energy resources for small to medium sized businesses.
Although we help businesses that come in all shapes and sizes - the majority of our customers are hotel owners.
We currently have active hotel projects in six states. We've worked with brands such as Holiday Inn, Candlewood, Denny's and Best Western just to name a few.
We understand the business model for hotel franchisees and work diligently to develop renewable energy resources that make good financial sense.
One of the biggest hurdles that franchise hotel owners face is simply financing growth. Our clients are successful at what they do and are often looking to add another hotel property to their business.
The challenge that presents itself is the SBA's lending limit of $5 million dollars.
Not only do we understand the SBA 504 Green Loan Process - we also are keenly aware of the need to develop a renewable energy strategy that is truly in the best interest of the hotel owners/borrowers.
We call our approach - Energy Intelligence. Our solutions and recommendations are designed to yield the best possible results and balances our customers financial requirements.
Once we have developed the right strategy and met compliance guidelines with the SBA - borrowers can tap into funding that is well beyond the $5 million SBA cap.
New hotel construction is a massive undertaking. We understand the development process. When we implement an approved solar system for a hotel owner we work with their engineers, and construction firms to make sure implementation is flawless and does not complicate the job site.
To engage Entero is simple - we have a straightforward approach to business - no hidden costs or surprises.
We prepare the energy audit report and submitted it to the borrower, CDC and banker.
The report goes to the SBA along with the rest of the loan documents. If the SBA rejects the report - we will adjust strategy and resubmit at no additional cost. In 2014 the SBA did not reject any of our reports.
In fact - we've fixed a few reports (not done initially by Entero!).
