ELECTRICAL ENERGY⚡️

  • This is energy is produced by a flow of electrons.
  • Lightning is a form of electrical energy.
  • Static electricity is another form of electrical energy.
  • Electrical energy helps us by giving us light and energy to use computers and other electronic devices for work and other uses
  • Electrical energy can also be dangerous, so you have to be careful when using it.

MECHANICAL ENERGY🔨

  • This type of energy is produced by moving objects.
  • The 4 forms of mechanical energy are windmills, hammering nails🔨, paddling a boat, and peddling bicycles🚲.
  • Mechanical energy helps us by giving us energy to move around and go to different places.

SOUND ENERGY

  • This type of energy is a type of mechanical wave and requires an object that includes water and air to travel through.
  • Sound energy helps us by giving us sound waves so we can hear things for enjoyment and many other purposes.

THERMAL ENERGY

  • This type of energy is produced from the other forms of energy.
  • Heat is produced when particles collide.
  • Some forms of heat are radiation, conduction, convection.
  • Thermal energy keeps us warm and cool so we don't overheat or overcool.

CHEMICAL ENERGY

  • This energy is produced by a chemical reaction.
  • This energy helps us by giving us medicine and other formulas for sicknesses and products.
  • Chemical energy also keeps us healthy.

NUCLEAR OR ATOMIC ENERGY

  • This energy is given off by the splitting of the nucleus in the atom.
  • Nuclear or atomic energy can be dangerous and has to be handled carefully.
  • Nuclear or atomic energy helps us in war but it also doesn't help us because it's used against us in war.
