CLUB OBJECTIVES

Leaf raking event

• the club will organize a leaf rAking event to help local community members during the fall season.

SAVE THE BAY

• the club hopes to join a beach cleanup or save the bay activity in the future.

APPLE PICKING

• apple picking is a perfect opportunity to connect with nature while socializing.

APple pie service

• baking apple pies for local soup kitchens is the perfect way to reach out to the community.
• the club also wants to help provide meals during thanksgiving.

summit conferences

• integrating environmental awareness into education is another component of the club.
• the club has already attended its first environmental summit at brown university.

organic farms

• visiting and learning about organic farms relates to the environmental awareness we hope to foster.

Audubon society

• An important way to learn about the environment is to interact with its members.

la Salle's Environmental club is building off of past ideas, so it's important to spread the current message.
