Oxygen most be transported from upside the body to all the organs and tissues in the Body by a protein called hemoglobin which binds oxygen to the lungs and carries it to the tissues. The tissues release the oxygen and returns to the lungs to repeat the cycle. If the equallibruim changed you would not get enough oxygen and could pass out or even die.

Within a closed flask, liquid water evaporates to form vapor, and at the same time the vapor condenses to form liquid when the rate of evaporation equals the role of condensation., the system is solved to be in a state of equilibrium

A bottle of soda. When it's normal no bubbles when you shake it and it shifts to the right and fizzes but when you let it sit that carbonated gas mixes/blends with the soda and you can open it with no fizz. If the equallibruim there would be no fix.
