WATER
In this picture the grass is starting to die and peel away.
The is also supporting plant life called algae.
The water in the middle is starting to break down the cement.
Over time the cement will crack and let water down into the dirt.

BLOCKAGE
Water can be a very destructible force,
The reason they have the forest damed off is so that the water doesn't destroy the habitat.
If the rocks were not there the water wouldn't be slowed down and the water could possibly flood the neighborhoods behind it.

SLOPE
IN THIS PICTURE THE SIDES LEADING TO THE SEWER ARE CURVED DOWNWARD TO A SLOPE .I THAT WERE NOT THER E THEN THE WATER WOULD JUST BREAK DOWN THE SOIL AND ALL PF IT'S NUTIRENTS.

IN THIS PICTURE WE HAVE A DOC.A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO THE DOC WAS RAISED OUT OF THE WATER BY MUD .
