I chose to evaluate a program evaluation from the Texas Education Agency (TEA) on the effectiveness of Accelerated Reading Instruction and Accelerated Math Instruction. The evaluation took place in 2006, for the 2004-2005 school year. The TEA provided funding for schools where students (K-6) were below grade-level in reading and/or math. The report I am critiquing was a result of that investment.
