Experiential trip to Banting

When and where was the visit?

• It was on 19th September 2014
• (We went to)
• Kampung Orang Asli,Pulau Carey
• Penjara lama and Hiking at Kuala Hangat, Banting

How did you get there?

• We went there by a bus 

What is interesting at the place of visit?

• There was alot of historical information
• We got to see a beautiful view after hiking Jugra Hill
• We saw how the orang asli made traditional clothes and bookmarks

Knowledge gained/what did you do there

• learn about the royalty of Sultan Selangor 
• Learnt about how they rebuild the 'penjara lama '
• Hiked up Bukit jugra 
• Learnt a tradisional dance by the Orang Asli

Activities

• Visited Penjara lama
• Went hiking at Jugra Hill and saw a beautiful view
• Had lunch at a restaurant in Banting
• Visited Kampung orang asli
