PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Basic 4- vertical lines- The vertical lines on the columns elicit a feeling of strength to the building. They also draw your eyes to them because of this.
Horizontal Lines-
These horizontal lines on the wall give the school a sense of space and make the halls appear to be wider.
Curved Lines-
These curved lines in the ceiling the halls a sense of flexibility. They also add variation rather than having only vertical and horizontal lines present.
Diagonal Lines-
The diagonal lines in the skylight naturally draw your eyes to them. They create a feeling of energy when coming from steep angles.
Rhythm
This poster makes the pattern come to life. It gives your eye a direction to go.
Proportion
This poster of a 2:3 ratio creates a sense of fulfillment to the wall. It is also a good technique to fill up empty space.
Balance- symmetrical
The doors are even creating a sense of equality and stability through out the room
