2 popular dishes in Italy.

#1. Gelato ( (ingredients) 2 cups whole milk,1 1/2 cup white sugar, four egg yolks, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries.

#2. Pasta ribbons with chicken liver sauce . The ingredients for the pasta. 300g dried tagliatelle, 50-100g Parmesan freshly grated parsley to garnish.
Ingredients for the sauce. 30g porcini (ceps),50g unsalted butter, 1 small cubed onion, 400g chicken cleaned and cut into small cubes, 1 tbsp tomato paste,50 ml Marsala or dry whit wine,salt and freshly ground black pepper.
