CHRISTIANITY

Christianity was a threat to the Roman Empire. Christians began to follow what their belief said even if it went against the government. As a result, people began to lose respect for the government and even revolt.

THE PLAGUE

The Plague began to arise during the time period of the Romans and it wiped out 1/10th of the population. This made their empire more vulnerable and weak, which allowed others to attack.

THE HUNS

The Huns moved into Eastern Europe, causing the Germanic Visigoths to expand into Roman territory. They became allies with Rome and then soon revolted.
