Lord of the Rings: looks like it has already happened because we hear a lot of folklore growing up and so it is realistic
Hunger Games: futuristic because it is not far fetched and it is modern however it looks like it is a mixture of the industrial revolution and Elysium (futuristic movie)
Lord of the Rings: realistic making seem like it has really happened and the special effects are seen as normal because it is showing diverse cultures.
Hunger Games: clown-like and absurd showing fantasy because in reality we wouldn't put such lavish things on.
LOTR: *loyalty is a sign of strength. *temptation leads to mistrust. *selfishness has consequences e.g. Frodo tried to save himself with the ring and ended up close to death.
THG: *arrogance will lead to pitfalls and embarrassment. *having faith in what you believe in can lead to lives saved and respect.
