WHAT IS A FASHION MODEL

  • A model is a person who poses or displays for purposes
  • of art, fashion, or other products and advertising.

WHERE DOES A FASHION MODEL WORK

  • Models can work at many different places.
  • They can work at a photo studio, outdoors and runways.

WHAT THEY HAVE TO DO

  • The fashion model needs to understand the
  • photographer and determine what he or she wants to portray, and accordingly she must pose for the photos.
  • The duty may also require printing assignments and brand endorsements.
  • The fashion model needs to be able to justice with the garments while tailors alter their sample garments.
  • It will be the responsibility to keep him or her fit for the modeling, ramp or runway shows, informal modeling.

SKILLS, WAGES AND OUTLOOK

  • Models need to express ideas clearly when speaking
  • And understand written information
  • The annual job openings are 3.7%
  • Models usually make $28,760
