There is a Difference!
THERE’S 3 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PEOPLE
FACTS:
- Most people are fixated on their scale weight
- Most people are on a weight loss program
- They succeed at losing weight but never achieve the body they want
THE TYPICAL DIETER
- Follows a meal plan consisting mainly of eating tons of veggies and adding some protein and fruit
THE RESULTS:
- This person will lose weight, but 50% of the weight lost doesn’t come from fat! They will lose muscle!!
- They will not build muscle
- Become a smaller flabbier version of themselves
THIS PERSON:
- Has the Rocky Soundtrack blasting in their earphones as they say to themselves “Nothing’s gonna stop me!”
- Follows their meal plan to a “T”
- Works out HARD for 2 - 3 hours a day!
THIS WILL ALL LEAD TO DISAPPOINTMENT
- Although they’re following their meal plan consisting of proteins, carbs and fats
- Unfortunately they’re training constantly and not taking in enough calories to sustain this activity
- Best case scenario; 50 - 50 loss
