FACTS:

  • Most people are fixated on their scale weight
  • Most people are on a weight loss program
  • They succeed at losing weight but never achieve the body they want

WHAT YOU WANT TO DO

IS TO BURN FAT, BUILD MUSCLE & LOOK INCREDIBLE!

SCENARIO 1

THE TYPICAL “WEIGHT LOSS DIET”

THE TYPICAL DIETER

  • Follows a meal plan consisting mainly of eating tons of veggies and adding some protein and fruit

THE RESULTS:

  • This person will lose weight, but 50% of the weight lost doesn’t come from fat! They will lose muscle!!
  • They will not build muscle
  • Become a smaller flabbier version of themselves

THIS PERSON:

  • Although they’re following their meal plan consisting of proteins, carbs and fats
  • Unfortunately they’re training constantly and not taking in enough calories to sustain this activity
  • Best case scenario; 50 - 50 loss
