STUFF ABOUT PROTEINS

  • Protein is made up of amino acid.
  • They are linked together to make a big protein molecule.
  • Your body creates half the amino acids you need but you need to eat the rest

COMPLETE PROTEINS

  • Comes from animals
  • They contain all the essential amino acids

INCOMPLETE PROTEINS

  • Comes from beans, grains, and nuts
  • Missing 1 or more essential amino acid
