One conflict is that katniss and her family were starving. The solution is that she starts hunting with her fathers bow.

One conflict is that people were chasing Katniss. The solution is that she climbed a tree to cut off a tree limb that had very toxic bees on it so that they fell on them and killed them then she took there weapons.

In panem katniss's sister got called as tribute then her sister volunteered for her place and went on to the hunger games
