You can't prepare for everything

or know everything you are walking in to...

but there are a few things you can do to prepare and help facilitate your research

Know what to do in an emergency

• who do you contact and how?
• how do you get out if you need to? where do you go?
• what are your resources?
• what if someone else needs help or medical attention?
