Create your WHY

  • Be specific with your answer! (to lose 35 lbs?, to be able to get on the floor to play with your children? to improve your current heart condition?)
  • Write your WHY down and post it somewhere you will see it everyday.

Keep yourself accountable

  • Treat your workouts as you would a business meeting - do not cancel
  • Schedule your workouts and put into your calendar
  • Remember your WHY
  • Record your completed workout each day

Make it fun

  • Lay your clothes out the night before
  • Find an accountability partner
  • Create a playlist of your favorite songs
