• James Meredith tried to enroll to the University of Mississippi but was not allowed.
• After he was declined he sued the school for racial descrimination and won.
• In September he went to the university he was protected by federal forces.
• At least 2,000 students blocked the way of James.
• The students rioted and by the end two were dead, hundreds were injured, and many were arrested

• Kennedy graduated from Harvard in 1943
• Assassinated on November 22, 1963 at the age of 46
• JFK was shot by Lee Harvey Oswald
