Agnatha
Are a special class of jawless fish, most are soft-skinned, scaleless, and nearly cylindrical, almost all are restricted to the cold waters.
The long thin bodies are to accommodate the burrowing life style.
They have a skeleton made of cartilage, and lack fins.

ACANTHODII

Also called spiny Sharks it is a class of extinct fish, having features of both the bony fish and the cartilage fish. They resemble our modern day sharks which is why they are known as spiny sharks.

PLACODERMI

Placodermi is an extinct class of armoured prehistoric fish. Had bony plates as their teeth that were razor sharp.

CHONDRICHTHYES

Or also known as cartilaginous fishes are jawed fish with paired fins, paired nares, scales, a heart with its chambers in series, and skeletons made of cartilage rather than bone. The notochord, which is present in the young, is gradually replaced by cartilage, and they also lack ribs

OSTEICHTHYES

RAY-FINNED FISH, LOBE-FINNED FISH, AND LUNGFISH.

also called bony fish, are a taxonomic group of fish that have bony, as opposed to cartilaginous, skeletons. The vast majority of fish are osteichthyes, which is an extremely diverse and abundant group consisting of over 29,000 species.

Lung fish are capable of respiration through lungs or vascularized swim bladders. upper jaw fused to the braincase, fused teeth, A lungfish's caudal fin is continuous with its dorsal and anal fins. Its pelvic and pectoral fins are long and tubular.
