SETTING

THE BOOK TAKES PLACE IN MAYFIELD IN THE LATE TWENTIETH CENTURY.

The book all starts when Juli and Bryce become neighbors. Right away Juli loved everything about Bryce right when she met him. But Bryce did not like Juli so much.

Bryce had to put up with Juli all through elementary school. She would sniff his hair and hold his hand and would always be ringing his doorbell.

Everyday Juli would sit in this sycamore tree right before the bus came because it was special to her. But one morning they were cutting it down and Juli took a stand to not cut it down but eventually she lost. Her picture made the newspaper.

When Bryce had saw her picture in the newspaper he started to think of all the good things of Juli. He soon realized he liked her, but didn't want to admit it. But it was too late for him too like her because Juli was really mad at Bryce for many reasons and didn't want anything to do with him. They have had lots of conflicts with Bryce hurting her feelings..

So Bryce wants to prove to her that he has changed and that he should get a second chance. By doing that, he planted a brand new sycamore tree right in Juli's front yard. Juli couldn't believe he had done that. Will she give him a second chance?

Review
I thought that this book was interesting.I say that because the book describes everything well. Also, i loved that it was written from 2 characters point of view. I knew the characters well after just the first chapter. Lastly, because it's not your average story where everything is predictable.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good love story. It has a lot of good details and there's never a boring part. I wouldn't recommend it to people who aren't interested in fast pace books because it moves a little fast. I give this book 4/5 stars
